4. Community forum rules
When posting in the PreggoPage forum you agree to be respectful and kind to other members, share from personal experience rather than giving medical advice, not post content that is abusive, hateful, or discriminatory, not post spam, advertising, or promotional content without permission, and not share personal information about other individuals without their consent. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you post on PreggoPage. By posting, you grant PreggoPage a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.
6. Limitation of liability
PreggoPage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreggoPage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, which in most cases is zero as PreggoPage is a free service.
